Dr. Wendy Gaddis was born and raised in Laramie, Wyoming. Growing up around horses and cattle on her family ranch provided her with a solid foundation for a career in veterinary medicine. After completing her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wyoming, Dr. Gaddis was employed as an accountant. Quickly realizing that an office job was not for her, she returned to school. In 2000, Dr. Gaddis graduated with honors from the prestigious Colorado State University School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Gaddis honed her equine lameness skills at Colorado Equine Clinic in Littleton, Colorado. In 2002, she founded Block and Bridle Veterinary Service. In the decades since, Dr. Gaddis has grown Block and Bridle into one of northern Colorado’s top equine veterinary hospitals. In an effort to provide unmatched quality care, Dr. Gaddis returned to school in 2017 to become certified in animal chiropractic and veterinary medical acupuncture. The well-known Options For Animals and CuraCore Veterinary Integrative Medicine provided her with skills to enhance the health of her patients. (Source)
