Dr. Harland graduated from University of California at Davis with her Bachelors of Science and then her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. She then completed an internship at the prestigious Alamo Pintado Equine Medical Center. Following her internship, Dr. Harland worked for 3 years in a multi-doctor equine ambulatory practice in San Diego, California. Dr. Harland then spent 3 years working as a fellow at the University Veterinary Teaching Hospital in Sydney, Australia, where she specialized in equine internal medicine and critical care, as well as supervising veterinary students. Dr. Harland especially enjoys internal medicine cases and performing ultrasound exams. She completed a rigorous course in Animal Chiropractic through the Options for Animals school in Kansas and is certified in Animal Chiropractic through the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association. Dr. Harland enjoys performing chiropractic adjustments on dogs and horses primarily. Dr. Harland also particularly enjoys working with goats and camelids.
