Dr. Christin Landis grew up in a small town in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. After many years of riding lessons, she got her first horse and competed in eventing, Pony Club, and 4-H. Dr. Landis earned her undergraduate degree from Westminster College, where she captained the school’s intercollegiate hunt seat team. From there she moved to Gainesville, Florida, to earn her DVM from University of Florida. She spent her first year of practice in a rotating internship at Rhinebeck Equine in New York, where she had the chance to work closely alongside specialists in surgery, sports medicine, ophthalmology, theriogenology, and internal medicine. Dr. Landis spent her second year of practice in central New Jersey at an ambulatory equine practice. She is particularly interested in sports medicine, diagnostic imaging, preventative medicine, and neonatology. When she is not working, Christin can be found hiking with her dog, riding her horse, and exploring craft breweries with her husband, Corey. (Source)
